Delivery Policy
- Laundry orders will be delivered in 48 hours.
- Dry cleaning orders may take more time depending on fabric, stain and service.
- Express orders will be charged an additional 100% extra for deliveries in 5 hours and 50% for deliveries within 24 hours.
- Free pickup and delivery are available for laundry orders of 6 kg or more or for orders above Rs.500/-.
Service Commitment
Cleandrylaundry strives to deliver garments on time. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances causing delays, customers will be informed about the updated delivery schedule.
Garment Inspection
Customers are requested to check their garments at the time of delivery. Any issues should be reported immediately.
Garment Care Disclaimer
While we take utmost care in handling garments, Cleandrylaundry will not be responsible for:
- Colour fading or colour running
- Shrinkage of fabrics
- Damage to embellishments, embroidery, or delicate fabric work
Stain Removal
Our team makes every effort to remove stains. However, complete stain removal cannot always be guaranteed, especially for stubborn stains.
Customer Risk
All garments are accepted at the customer’s risk.
Unclaimed Garments
Cleandrylaundry will not be responsible for garments not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date.
Loss or Damage
Cleandrylaundry is not liable for loss or damage caused due to fire, burglary, or other uncontrollable events.

Prices listed in the price list are indicative minimum charges and may vary accordingly.
